Shipping Method

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48, which provides full end‑to‑end tracking and typically delivers within 2 working days once Royal Mail receives the parcel. Please note that your order will be processed and dispatched within 5–7 working days, after which the Royal Mail delivery timeframe begins.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. You can follow your parcel’s progress on the Royal Mail tracking website.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us. Royal Mail considers a parcel officially lost after 10 working days for UK deliveries.

Returns

Returns are accepted for eligible items according to our Returns Policy. Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
